Are you or a loved one feeling overwhelmed with a current crisis?  Perhaps you've been privately struggling with unresolved emotional issues for years.  You're not alone.  An average of 1 in 5 adults and 1 in 10 children in the United States will experience a serious mental health issue this year.  It's best to take action and not ignore it any longer. Poor mental health can damage personal relationships, impair performance at work or school, and lead to more serious physical illnesses.

The good news is that mental health treatment works!  Community Reach Center offers a complete spectrum of research-based programs and services that are proven to help people of all ages to:

  • Manage the sense of overwhelming anxiety.
  • Overcome persistent feelings of sadness, emptiness, and loss of purpose.
  • Process grief and loss.
  • Recover from the pain of divorce and other broken relationships.
  • Resolve personal traumas that foster self-destructive thoughts and behaviors.
  • Learn to achieve and maintain life-long recovery from addiction.
  • Find your individual path to recovery from serious and persistent mental illness such as bipolar disorder or schizophrenia. 

Community Reach Center is a top-tier mental health provider in the northern Denver area, and is the designated mental health provider for anyone eligible for Medicaid in Adams County, Colorado.

We serve all ages, from the youngest infant to the most senior citizen. All therapy, counseling services, and therapeutic support groups are provided in a confidential and supportive atmosphere, with the goal of empowering you to live productively, independently, and improve the quality of your life.  Bilingual services are always available!

Initial Evaluations for new clients or former clients who have been out of treatment longer than 12 months are provided Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 10:00am at 8931 Huron Street., Thornton, CO 80260 or Wednesdays, 8:00 to 10:00am at 1850 E. Egbert Street, Ste 200, Brighton, CO 80601.  Let us help you take the first step towards becoming a happier you!
