Thank you for giving to Community Reach Center. Your gift will help those individuals and families in our area that have no means to pay for the mental health services that they so desperately need and deserve. Your gift can go directly to any of the programs you specifically designate.

 

All donations are tax deductible. You will receive a donation acknowledgement letter within one week of receipt of your gift, for your income tax files. You will also be acknowledged in the Within Reach newsletter and the Annual Report.

Please print out the donation form below and mail it in with your check or credit card information. This form gives you the opportunity to direct your donation to services for indigent individuals and families, or to the program of your choice. Your donation will be acknowledged by a mailed receipt.
