• Life-Skills Building, such as navigating the public transportation system, hygiene, and maintaining their living space.

The Case Management Team maintains good relationships and works closely with other agencies on a daily basis, to ensure that clients have faster access to additional valuable resources in the community:

• Other mental health providers
