All services begin with the initial evaluation. Referral into specific programs or groups may be made following your initial evaluation or at any time by your Community Reach Center therapist.

Community Reach Center announces the introduction of its Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program for teens aged 13-17 who are at high risk for suicidal thinking, self harm, substance use, truancy, fighting, conflict at home and involvement with courts.
