Your Gift Matters!

Thank you for giving to Community Reach Center. Your gift will help those individuals and families in our area that have no means to pay for the mental health services that they so desperately need. Or your gift can go directly to any of the programs you specifically designate.

 

All donations are tax deductible. You will receive a donation acknowledgement letter within 1 week of receipt of your gift, for your income tax files, and also be acknowledged in the Within Reach quarterly newsletter and the annual report.

You may give financial donations in two ways:

 

By Mail

Please print out the donation form below and mail it in with your check or credit card information. The mailing address is listed on the form. This form gives you the opportunity to either give to our most needy consumers or to the program of your choice. Your gift will be acknowledged by a mailed receipt.
