First, you will come in for an intake assessment. Community Reach Center offers intake assessments for new clients after pre-admission has been completed on a first-come, first-served basis. Hours and locations are as follows:
Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 3:00pm, at 8989 Huron St, Thornton, CO 80260
Wednesdays, 8:00am - 10:00am at 1850 E. Egbert St, Ste. 200, Brighton, CO 80601
You and your therapist will work together to develop a Treatment Plan to assist you in reaching your treatment goals, and will review your Treatment Plan regularly to ensure that you are receiving the necessary services to support you in your treatment goals.
