Grievance Process

Community Reach Center staff is committed to giving the very best care possible to each client in order to help them reach their treatment goals. If clients ever have concerns about their experience at Community Reach Center, there is a solid process in place towards resolution.

Clients are always encouraged to first share their concerns with their care coordinator. However, if that doesn’t feel comfortable, the client should request a meeting with their program’s team manager. If the client still doesn’t feel that their concerns are being heard, the next step is a meeting with a client representative at Community Reach Center.
