Community Reach Center Nurse Help Line_Nurse on Phone

Community Reach Center provides medication services for adults and children at all of its outpatient offices and residential treatment facilities. For both children and adults, if your Treatment Plan includes medication, you will see your psychiatrist at least once every three months to assess symptom improvement and make sure the medication is working for you. If you are ever experiencing undesirable side effects, changes in symptoms, or have any other concerns regarding your medication, consult with a nurse through the Nurse Help Line. If a nurse is unavailable to take your call, please leave a message and your call will be returned by the nurse within 24 business hours. Nurse Help Line (303) 853-3517.
