Although the Center's philosophy of care is centered on providing the most appropriate treatment in the least restrictive setting, hospitalization may be necessary in order to help an individual weather a serious emotional or behavioral crisis. If you, your child, your spouse, or other loved one is admitted to a behavioral health unit, Community Reach Center can assign a Hospital Liaison to advocate with regard to treatment recommendations and discharge planning. Hospital Liaisons are master's-level licensed mental health professionals with significant expertise in helping individuals transition from emotional crisis to stabilization and recovery.
