Walk-In Crisis & Resource Center (WCRC)

Please enter at the north entrance of the building.

Open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

  • Individuals do not need to be connected to Community Reach Center to visit the Walk-In Crisis & Resource Center.
  • Individuals who are experiencing a self-identified crisis and need mental health support.
  • Individuals who need connection to community resources.
  • Individuals identified by a referral source as experiencing an emergent behavioral health need.
  • Individuals who are currently hospitalized and require discharge to care navigation.

Services Provided

Crisis Screening

With a crisis screening, our team quickly assesses your needs during a crisis and connects you with the right level of care.

Crisis Intervention

We provide immediate and compassionate support to help you feel safe, stable, and supported during a behavioral health crisis.

Care navigation

Our navigators walk alongside you, connecting you with services and resources in the community. We will meet your needs and support you on your journey to recovery.

hospital discharge navigation

With this service, our team helps you transition safely from the hospital to home or another level of care, making sure you have the support and resources you need every step of the way.

peer support

Our peer support specialists use their own lived experience to walk alongside you, offering empowerment as you work toward recovery and wellness. This service provides one-on-one and group support to help you build resilience and strengthen connections that support your health.

skills training

Skills Training ensures you have the skills needed to focus on your wellness and achieve your goals. We teach practical tools for managing emotions, building coping skills, and improving daily life so you can feel more confident and supported.
