Discover the freedom of outpatient care with Community Reach Center. Our outpatient care covers a range of services, including behavioral health assessments, psychiatric care, substance use disorder counseling and rehabilitative therapy.

In addition, our comprehensive approach includes pharmacy services, targeted case management, and peer support services aimed at empowering individuals to take control of their health and thrive.

Embark on your path to recovery and independence with Community Reach Center’s residential services. Our residential treatment homes in Adams County cater to adults 18 and older. From the most intensive treatment homes to semi-independent residences, we offer a spectrum of options tailored to your needs. Each residential site offers a 24-hour therapeutic setting, fostering group living and learning. Your placement is based on your specific needs, ensuring the right level of care and support. We’re committed to empowering you to live as independently as possible.

The Justice, Accountability, and Recovery (JAR) program provides a safe space for individuals and their families involved in the criminal justice system seeking behavioral health treatment. Our approach is rooted in compassion, accountability, and respect. Whether you’re facing legal involvement in probation, parole, diversion, or municipal court, our therapeautic services are tailored to adolescents, adults, and their families. The objective is clear – to achieve personal growth and understanding of invidivual behavioral health, increase community safety, and decrease recidivism. JAR stands as a pillar of support, offering Competency Restoration and aiding those on their path to recovery.

Achieve your health goals through mutual support within your community. Engage in programs that foster a sense of connection and shared support with others in your area, who have similar interests or needs. Our programs include therapy, peer support, vocational services, a drop-in center, and more.

The A.W.A.R.E. Center is a peer run community where adult members with a mental health diagnosis can find an accepting community, purpose, and empowerment.

Members participate in daily community activities, at the level they feel most comfortable, to learn skills, socialize, and establish positive relationships.

Services include: peer support, case management, group activities, hot lunch, a daily food pantry, and clothing closet.

Our School Based Services (SBS) serve students ages 4 to 21 in Adams County School Districts 1, 12, 27J, and 50. Our evidence-based and trauma-informed services are designed to address the behavioral health needs of students. By promoting resiliency and supporting recovery, our school-based program strives for the overall well-being of individuals and families. Our goal is to support our school-based students throughout their behavioral health journey.
