Dr. Michael Stackpool
Dr. Michael Stackpool
Dr. Stackpool earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center and completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at Denver Health. He is board-certified in both Emergency Medicine and Addiction Medicine and has dedicated his career to the field of Addiction Medicine since 2006, working across inpatient and outpatient settings.
Dr. Stackpool previously served as the Medical Director of Arapahoe House and has provided leadership as a medical director for emergency medical services for over two decades. He also held executive roles, including President and Chief Financial Officer, for a large emergency medicine provider group.
Joining Community Reach Center six years ago, Dr. Stackpool has been instrumental in staffing the inpatient dual diagnosis program and continues to maintain a robust outpatient practice. He currently serves as the Chief Medical Officer, overseeing medical services and patient care in Adams County.

Michael Marsico
Michael serves as the Chief Operating Officer. Michael supports micro, mezzo, and macro level clinical services for Community Reach Centers consumers. Additionally, Michael sits on various boards and steering committees that focus on the betterment of healthcare access in the Denver Metro Area.
Before Community Reach Center, Michael was a graduate of Fordham University, Bronx, New York, with his master’s in social work. After his master’s degree, Michael worked in various non-profit and for-profit settings working with marginalized populations to help provide access to services. Michael has experience overseeing grants, contracts, and other funding opportunities that have increased access to various levels of care.
Christi Mecillas
Christi Mecillas
Christi has been with Community Reach Center since 2001 and currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, Christi is responsible for the overall financial operations of Community Reach Center, which includes budgeting, financial planning and revenue cycle management.
Outside of Community Reach Center, Christi is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), as well as the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA).
Christi received her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
Werner Hoellerbauer
Werner Hoellerbauer
As Chief Information Officer, Werner Hoellerbauer is leading the Information Technology team of Community Reach Center and is part of the senior executive leadership team. Werner received a PhD in Physics from the University of Vienna in Austria. He started his career leading the development of speech recognition technology for Philips in Austria, which primarily focused on medical dictation. Werner holds patents and awards in this field. Reaching the position of Chief Technology Officer, he was asked to move to the United States. After leaving Philips, he joined CMHC Systems as Chief Technology Officer and head of Development and Product Management, the leading provider of mental health software in the United States. After a merge, he left CMHC Systems to work independently as a consultant for many mental health centers nationwide.

Amanda Jones received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from Keene State College in New Hampshire and holds a Master of Arts in Community Agency Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado. Amanda started her professional career at Community Reach Center over 20 years ago. Amanda has held positions in community mental health settings, ranging from case manager, therapist, to clinical director, and now serves as Chief Executive Officer for Community Reach Center.
She is a leader in the implementation of strategic agency goals and improving clinical and medical policies and procedures that serve the greater Adams County community. Outside of Amanda’s professional responsibilities for Community Reach Center, she participates on managed care and public health committees and initiatives, that support access to care for Coloradans.

Laura Border
Laura Border is a dedicated mental health professional with over two decades of experience in community-based behavioral health care. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Arizona in Tucson and a Master of Counseling from the University of Phoenix.
Laura began her career at P.P.E.P., a nonprofit organization in Tucson, where she advanced from intern to Interim Clinical Director over 15 years. During her tenure, she gained extensive experience in direct care and quality management, serving as a group counselor, school-based counselor, and quality management specialist.
In 2015, Laura returned to her home state of Colorado and joined Community Reach Center. She has since contributed to the organization in multiple capacities, including as a school-based therapist and program manager. Now serving as Clinical Director, Laura continues to champion high-quality, accessible mental health care for the community.

Daniela Rossi is the Clinical Director over the Outpatient Services Division. Daniela joined Community Reach Center as the outpatient manager for the Westminster Outpatient team in 2016 and became a Clinical Director in March of 2023.
Daniela started her career in mental health as an outpatient therapist in Illinois after earning her master’s degree in clinical psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She has worked with children and adults in an outpatient setting for over 10 years and has a passion for serving the Latin community. Daniela is a dedicated leader who values collaboration and transparency.

With over 26 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Ryshell brings a deep understanding of end-to-end healthcare billing, coding, and patient service workflows. A Certified Professional Coder (CPC), she leads our organization’s financial and administrative operations with precision, integrity, and a commitment to excellence.
Overseeing the full revenue cycle—from patient intake and insurance verification to coding, billing, and collections—ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely reimbursement. Her leadership extends to front desk operations, where she champions customer service, efficiency, patient satisfaction, and a seamless check-in/check-out experience.
By combining clinical insight with financial acumen, she plays a critical role in optimizing operational performance, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting the overall growth and success of our company.
In her spare time, Ryshell enjoys relaxing at the lake, spending time with her family, and caring for her beloved dogs.

Toby Maldonado serves as Director of Finance at Community Reach Center, bringing more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit accounting and financial management. Since joining the organization in 2011, he has held various roles in finance before stepping into his current leadership position. Toby oversees the preparation of monthly financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and fiscal planning—ensuring strong financial stewardship in support of the Center’s mission to enhance mental health and well-being in the community.
Known for his collaborative leadership style, Toby works closely with program staff, funders, and stakeholders to strengthen financial systems and support long-term sustainability.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from the University of Phoenix and has spent much of his career in the nonprofit sector, developing a deep understanding of its unique challenges and opportunities.
Outside of his professional responsibilities, Toby enjoys spending time outdoors, being with his family, and is an avid supporter of Colorado sports teams.

Ryan Berry
Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Louisiana Tech University and is a graduate of the International Disaster Psychology master’s program at the University of Denver. He has been in the behavioral health field for over 20 years, and as a Licensed Professional Counselor, he has extensive experience providing trauma-focused services to children, youth, and families in residential treatment settings, international and refugee field work, and in-home and community-based services at Mental Health Partners in Boulder. Ryan began working for Community Reach Center in 2017 and has held two clinical management roles in that time with the First episode of Psychosis program and Northglenn Outpatient services. He moved into the Quality Improvement division in 2022 as the Quality Improvement Manager, overseeing monitoring and evaluation strategies for continuous quality improvement initiatives and providing regulatory oversight and consultation within the agency.

John serves as the Director of Information Systems at Community Reach Center. He is responsible for all IS (Information Services) functions in the company and manages the IS team, along with the technology operations and the implementation of new IS systems and policies. John has served as a dedicated staff member at Community Reach Center since March, 2006.
Before becoming the Director of Information Systems, John joined the Information Systems team as an EHR Development Supervisor and Software Engineer II. John earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Colorado State University in 2006.

She has a diverse background with over 10 years of executive level HR & Operations related experience, in the healthcare industry. Emilee’s focus in her role is to forge strong, successful, company culture through trust, knowledge, and dedication.
Her expertise is focused on improved strategic hiring, retention & regulatory quality measures, & business productivity, as it relates to all aspects of HR. Emilee is passionate about developing and supporting employee’s to be successful in their professional and personal aspirations.
Emilee received her Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Northern Colorado and went on to Regis University, to study Marriage and Family Counseling.
