Community Reach continues successful strategies to support sustainable growth and provide high-quality healthcare services to our community, all while maintaining a healthy bottom line in this new healthcare environment known as the RAE.
This is a collective clinical and non-clinical effort to drive down client balances, achieve a denial rate as close to 0% as possible, regularly update client insurance/payor information, decrease no-shows and cancellations, reduce bad debt (uncollectible client balances) and implement our Medicare Incident To project. We’re confident these efforts will enable Community Reach Center to provide the most cost-effective and sustainable services for years to come.
