Rick

Rick has been with Community Reach Center since 2000 and has served as the Chief Executive Officer since 2001. As CEO, Rick utilizes his experience in community relations, legislative affairs, contract negotiations, clinical casework and problem solving to meet the mission, vision and goals of Community Reach Center.

His career in mental health spans 30+ years and hundreds of miles from Dallas, Texas, to Westminster, Colorado. Rick serves as the liaison for various state and community agencies and is a contributing member of several Colorado committees addressing mental health and substance abuse issues, program development and outcome measures.

As a recognized leader in evidence-based integrated care systems, Rick is deeply committed to strengthening the bond between primary medical and mental healthcare, promoting a service delivery model that strengthens the overall health of Colorado communities. In 2004  he was recognized by NADA for Vision and Leadership in the integration of acupuncture in the treatment of behavioral disorders; in 2008 by the Metro Area County Commissioners for Leadership and Outstanding Contribution for work with the Mentally Ill in the Justice System; received the 2009 Community Service Award from Access Housing; the 2011 Fred Award from Metro North Chamber of Commerce for demonstrating extraordinary characteristics in business relations; and the 2016 William Funk Award for Building Stronger Communities from the Colorado Non-profit Association.

Rick received his master’s degree in Psychology from Texas A&M Commerce, as well as his bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Rehabilitation from Stephen F. Austin State University. 

Amanda jones

Amanda Jones serves as Community Reach Center’s Chief Operating Officer. She is responsible for leading Community Reach Center’s day to day operations as well as being part of the senior executive leadership team.

Amanda received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from Keene State College and holds a Master of Arts in Community Agency Counseling from University of Northern Colorado. She has over twenty years of experience in mental health and substance use working with many different populations and programs. Amanda holds Colorado credentials as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Addiction Specialist.

Amanda started her professional career at Community Reach Center in 2000 and has held leadership roles such as Clinical Director and Chief Operations Officer. Most recently, she was the Chief Clinical Officer at The Center for Mental Health in Montrose, CO where she worked on organizational strategy and oversaw all clinical and medical operations.  She was also a leader in the implementation of strategic agency goals and improving clinical and medical policies and procedures. 

Christi

Christi has been with Community Reach Center since 2001 and currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, Christi is responsible for the overall financial operations of Community Reach Center, which includes budgeting, financial planning and revenue cycle management.

Outside of Community Reach Center, Christi is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), as well as the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA).

Christi received her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Metropolitan State University of Denver.

Emily

Emilee Cronin joined Community Reach Center in 2022, as the Director of Human Resources.  She is a skilled leader that has built her career foundation on relationship building and integrity. She has a diverse background with over 10 years of executive level HR & Operations related experience, in the healthcare industry. Emilee’s focus in her role is to forge strong, successful, company culture through trust, knowledge, and dedication.

Her expertise is focused on improved strategic hiring, retention & regulatory quality measures, & business productivity, as it relates to all aspects of HR.  Emilee is passionate about developing and supporting employee’s to be successful in their professional and personal aspirations.

Emilee received her Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Northern Colorado and went on to Regis University, to study Marriage and Family Counseling.

Jen

Jennifer Gilbert joined Community Reach Center in 2017 as the program
manager overseeing Withdrawal Management (Detox). Soon after onboarding,  Jennifer helped to develop and open the Intensive Residential Treatment program in Thornton. Jennifer has been instrumental in supporting many 24/7 and crisis programs during her tenure. In addition to her expertise in substance use, Jennifer holds experience and passion for crisis and trauma work and a desire to provide meaningful services to our most vulnerable populations.  Jennifer holds a Bachelor degree in Psychology from Metropolitan State University, a Master’s degree in Marriage, Family and Child therapy from the University of Phoenix, and is a Licensed Addiction Counselor.

Jeremy

Jeremy brings over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit industry and 12 years in the healthcare field to Community Reach Center as the Vice President of Business Services. He oversees the business side at CRC, including Facilities, Human Resources, Marketing & Communications, and two local pediatric practices (Broomfield and Mountainland Pediatrics).

He previously worked for The Kempe Foundation, which focuses on the prevention and treatment of child abuse, neglect, and trauma. Jeremy began his career in the non-profit industry in 2003, when he worked for the charity of the Florida Marlins baseball team. In his first year working for the team, the Marlins won the World Series when they defeated the NY Yankees. Colorado’s many offerings (golfing, mountains, snowboarding, biking, and traveling) drew him west where he began working for the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation and later worked for Mile High Behavioral Healthcare, a community healthcare organization.

Jeremy feels passionate about leading the business services portion at CRC while supporting all the staff, consumers, and overall community. He enjoys creating opportunities for collaboration. Jeremy received degrees from the University of Michigan and University of Miami and lives in Denver, CO.

John

John serves as the Director of Information Systems at Community Reach Center. He is responsible for all IS (Information Services) functions in the company and manages the IS team, along with the technology operations and the implementation of new IS systems and policies. John has served as a dedicated staff member at Community Reach Center since March, 2006.

Before becoming the Director of Information Systems, John joined the Information Systems team as an EHR Development Supervisor and Software Engineer II. John earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Colorado State University in 2006.

Lisa

Lisa Brody has been with Community Reach Center since 2019. Currently, as the Director of Quality Improvement, she oversees ways for the Agency to measure performance and in collaboration with Leadership creates processes to improve the quality of care, maintains regulatory compliance, and leads the CARF accreditation process.

Lisa received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Dickinson College and a Master’s degree in Community Counseling from Shippensburg University. She also has the credential of CPHQ, Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality.

Werner Hoellerbauer headshot

Prior to Community Reach Center, Werner architected and developed a .NET application to extract, convert and import more than two million scanned documents and patient-related information from a proprietary imaging system, as well as developed custom applications for more than 20 different behavioral healthcare agencies. Additionally, Werner was a Professor of Computer Science at Franklin University in Ohio, and an Assistant Professor at the Institute for Solid State Physics at the University of Vienna.  In 1996, Werner won the Kaplan Medal for significant contributions to the development and marketing of new technologies.

Werner received his doctorate in Physics from the University of Vienna in Austria.
